Psychic Surgery in Mexico
Pachita performing ear surgery on
Andrija Puharich. It seemed to him that the knife was plunged 3 inches
into the ear canal and probably penetrated the eardrum; the pain was
intense, yet he was able to tolerate it without anaesthetic or other
medication.
The steel hunting knife used by
Pachita for all her operations, including an operation on Dr.
Puharich's inner ear. It was not usually cleaned between one operation
