WAR GODS
During Baktum 5, 1000 to 900 BC, classic paganism was in full bloom in Greece. Chaos spawns Uranus and Gaea - heaven and earth - from which descend the Titians, latter vanquished by Zeus, Hera, Poseidon, Demeter, Apollo, Artemis, Aphrodite, Athena, Hermes and the God of War, Ares.
This god of war and battle and the instigator of violence, was a son of Zeus and Hera.
Because of his cruel and war-like nature he was despised by all the gods, even his own father disliked him. Ares could be bloody, merciless, fearful and cowardly and possessed no moral attributes.
